Jim Maass, President
Jim is the founder and chief inspector of RPCHI. He is an educator for Certified Inspection Training and provides certification training for the American Institute of Inspectors and the State of South Carolina.
Michael Greene, Certified Inspector
Michael joined RPCHI in 2003 and is state licensed and certified by the American Institute of Inspectors. Michael is also a partner with B & M Construction and has years of experience in renovation and repair.
Qualifications:
- State licensed home inspectors
- 20+ years of construction, renovation, restoration and related experience
- Bonded and Insured
- Members of the American Institute of Inspectors and the South Carolina Association of Home Inspectors
- Certified commercial inspector
- Disaster inspectors for FEMA disasters
